Welcome to NTX Auto Care. By booking a service, using our website, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

NTX Auto Care provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior wash, interior detailing, and add-on services, at the customer's specified location within our service area. Certain high-end services (e.g., ceramic coating) are offered in-shop only and are not available as mobile appointments.

Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be requested through our website, booking form, or by phone/text.
• We will confirm your appointment time, location, and service details before your scheduled service.
• Please ensure a vehicle is accessible (e.g., water/power access if required) at the agreed time and location.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is provided at time of quote and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept all major payment methods.

SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from NTX Auto Care related to appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Liability

While we take great care with every vehicle we service, NTX Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables prior to service.

Service Area

Mobile services are available within Dallas and surrounding cities. Locations outside this area may incur additional travel fees or be declined.

Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions and our service offerings at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
